One guy who doesn't have a problem with writing memorable hooks is Zach Ziskin. Ziskin's latest is a marked jump forward from his work under his previous moniker as the Passion Seeds.

The opener, Figurine, is a guitar-pop gem unheard by radio ears since one-hit wonder Tal Bachman. There are plenty of highlights to choose from. The ghost of the late Jeff Buckley is faithfully resurrected in Waking Hour, which bears some serious resemblance to Lover You Should've Come Over.
