zach, who was named by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel as one of the top five local artists, has quickly ignited interest from radio stations, internet sites and music fans from around the world. Requests from radio stations in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the U.K., Australia and right here in the USA have been pouring in since the album's release in late September, 2002. The album's first single, falling to pieces, has received glowing reviews by critics, as well as fellow musicians who voted the song number one on Compo-10 Internet Radio. falling to pieces has also been voted number one by fans of makeastar.com and is now included on Make A Star's nationally distributed compilation CD.
In 2004, zach was selected as one of only 4 independent artists out of over
3000 submissions included on Fender/Warner Bros. Record's Emerging CD,
showcasing the best unsigned acts in the country, as well as extreme
athletes who also make music. In addition, the song Falling to Pieces is one of the
featured soundtrack songs on the recent Roswell DVD release, and is
currently a popular download at Apple's Itunes Music Store. Most
recently, zach was selected as a finalist in the NARAS' Grammy Showcase,
featuring the top 6 independent acts in Florida. |
